Our mission

The professional electronics trade is one of the largest cross-border industries in the world, and one of the most poorly served. Buyers are routinely sold stock that doesn't exist, quoted prices that vanish at the moment of payment, and shown grade descriptions that mean different things in different countries. The intermediary economy that grew up around this trade has spent twenty years optimising for the spread — not for the buyer.

Voltaxion was founded to be the opposite of that. We are a wholesaler in the original sense: we hold the inventory, we set the price, we ship the goods, and we stand behind every unit that leaves one of our hubs. There is no chain of agents between a Voltaxion order and a Voltaxion shipment. There is no quotation that we cannot honour. There is no grade that means one thing in Shenzhen and another thing in Miami.

Our purpose is straightforward: to give professional buyers a single, reliable counterparty for the electronics they resell every day.

The four principles

1. Our inventory, our accountability

Every device that Voltaxion sells is held in a Voltaxion warehouse, booked in Voltaxion's name, and shipped under a Voltaxion invoice. When something is wrong — a missing unit, an IMEI mismatch, a cosmetic claim — the customer talks to us. Not to a sourcing agent. Not to a third-party supplier we then have to chase. To us. This is the single most important promise we make, and we organise our entire operation around being able to keep it.

2. Consistent quality grading

The industry's biggest unsolved problem is that "Grade A" means whatever the seller wants it to mean. We publish a single, written grading specification covering cosmetic and functional criteria for New / Sealed, Grade A, Grade AB, Grade B and Grade D. Every device that ships from any Voltaxion hub is inspected against the same checklist, by inspectors trained against the same reference samples. A Grade A device from our Dubai hub is the same product as a Grade A device from our Rotterdam hub.

3. Real-time, no surprises

Our quotations hold for 24 to 48 hours and are honoured at the price stated. The catalog we share with approved partners reflects stock that is physically allocated to that partner's enquiry — not stock that we hope to source later. If we cannot fulfill an order at the confirmed price, we cancel and refund. We do not switch the grade, shrink the quantity, or "find an alternative" without your written approval.

4. Built for professionals only

Voltaxion does not serve retail customers and is not open to the general public. Every customer is KYC-verified before any quotation is issued. Minimum order quantity is 100 units. Payment is 100% T/T prepayment. We are deliberately a narrow business. The narrowness is the product: it is what allows us to honour every commitment on the previous three principles.

How we are organised

Voltaxion operates five self-owned regional hubs:

  • Hong Kong — global headquarters, commercial, finance, KYC and treasury
  • Shenzhen — primary procurement, grading and inspection centre
  • Dubai — Middle East, Africa, CIS and Indian subcontinent fulfillment
  • Rotterdam — European Union and United Kingdom fulfillment
  • Miami — North America, Caribbean and Latin America fulfillment

Each hub holds its own inventory, has its own bonded storage, and dispatches under standard Incoterms. We choose the dispatching hub based on stock availability and the destination's logistics profile — the Buyer pays for one shipment to one destination, regardless of how the goods route internally inside our network.

The team

Voltaxion's team is built from people who have spent careers inside the professional electronics trade: in procurement, in refurbishment, in customs and freight, in B2B finance. We are deliberately a small, senior organisation. The same person who quotes you is the person who follows your shipment, and is the person you call if something goes wrong. We don't have layers for the sake of having layers.
